LG booked this company to replace my stove top. With in a few minutes NZ Systems contacted me to book my repair. The company kept good communication with me prior to the repair including advising me the replacement stove top arrived from LG without any issues. Apparently, from their experience, they had received damaged stove tops and had to send them back. So they wanted to let me know the status of mine upon arrival in case they needed to reschedule.

On the repair day, they called first thing in the morning to advise my repair window time. The service technician arrived promptly at the earliest given time. He was friendly, polite, cleaned as he worked, professional, thorough and properly completed the work in a timely fashion. He ensured that we were happy with the service call before he left.

Excellent customer service and experience all around and I definitely would use this company if needed in the future.

I have had the pleasure of using NZ systems twice for my LG Out of Warranty Repairs. On both occasions, I had the pleasure of working with the highly knowledgeable and dedicated team members, Brandi and Sam.

However, during my experience with the second repair, I encountered an issue with an employee whose name began with the letter K. Despite coming out to fix my electric oven, he was unable to diagnose the problem, claiming it was an electrical issue and that there was nothing he could do. To my dismay, he even refused to investigate further by pulling out the in-wall oven to check the controller board. Thankfully, I reached out to Brandi, who promptly dispatched Sam to address the issue. In no time at all, Sam had identified the root cause of the problem - a burnt wire - and fixed it in just twelve minutes.

In light of my experience, I would highly recommend requesting Sam for any repair needs. His dedication to resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently is truly unparalleled.
